Building on Strengths®

Building on Strengths® is a unique performance improvement process developed by Pangaea Customized Consulting which analyzes and enhances the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities through a series of interviews, followed by consultative meetings with senior management. The purpose is to introduce a customized self-sustaining sales and marketing planning process that includes all corporate disciplines to dramatically improve productivity.

There are several project steps, with common elements of re-engineering incorporated in the process. The benefits to a healthcare company include increased information for marketing decisions, more buy-in from all involved, increased development of commercial skills, better territory planning, and a profitable increase in sales.
