Business Planning for Specialty Pharmaceuticals

Pangaea Development & Training has developed a case-based, 4-day course, that will provide pharmaceutical executives with hands on experience with the decision making required to develop a business plan for a specialty pharmaceutical product in Canada. Working in groups, and being supported by experienced pharmaceutical professionals, participants will work through various aspects of the strategic planning process and make the decisions required to develop a customer focused plan, The case will be set in launch phase so that many of the critical decisions in brand plan development can be addressed. The final outcome will be the delivery of a presentation, to a panel of industry experts, of a launch approach outlining key decisions and the rationale for making them.
