Anne joined The Pangaea Group in 2013 and since then she has grown a successful consulting practice with a broad range of Canadian and international life science companies. Anne’s work is primarily focused on facilitating strategic plan development, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence at all levels and functional areas.
With over 20 years’ experience, Anne began her career in consulting as an analyst and steadily moved through roles of increasing responsibility including research, marketing, and client relations. In 2005, Anne transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry when she joined Sandoz (the generic division of Novartis AG). Anne then took on a management role at Novartis Pharma where she played a key role in developing, leading, and implementing the corporate long-term care and pharmacy strategy. In addition to leadership roles in pharma, Anne was a director in the Health Industry Information Services (HIIS) division at IMS Brogan. The HIIS team provided consulting solutions for pharmacy, private payers, and government. Anne was also a member of the leadership task force charged with improving job satisfaction and employee engagement.
Anne studied Biology at McGill University, completed the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, holds a MA in Leadership from the University of Guelph, and is a trained facilitator. In 2018, Anne received the Kaplan & Norton Balanced Scorecard Certification and became a certified Workplace Big Five ProfileTM consultant.
