Jimmy is a proven pharmacy leader with 30+ years’ experience driving results across hospital and specialty pharmacy channels. As former Director of Pharmacy at SickKids and Director of Pharmacy at one of Canada’s largest specialty pharmacies, he brings extensive real-world knowledge and expertise across channels.

Jimmy has deep insight into hospital operations, budgets, and funding, having led large pharmacy departments, major hospital committees such as P&T, and served on GPO procurement teams. In specialty pharmacy, he’s built bridges between pharma and patient services, optimized reimbursement strategies, and improved access to high-cost therapies.

Jimmy’s ability to navigate hospital and specialty pharmacy ecosystems, coupled with his understanding of the therapeutic landscape and patient journey, makes him an invaluable asset for Pangaea clients.
