Sylvie Pilon, Director

Sylvie Pilon is an accomplished pharmaceutical and biotechnology executive with more than 35 years of experience driving commercial growth, organizational transformation, and leadership excellence. She has extensive expertise across Immunology, Psychiatry, Neurology, and Oncology.

As Vice-President and General Manager of Lundbeck Canada, she transformed the Canadian affiliate through a clear strategic vision, building a high-performing, purpose-driven organization that delivered outstanding business results.

Throughout her career, Sylvie has successfully led multiple business units, guided organizations through periods of significant change, and built Lundbeck Canada’s Oncology franchise from the ground up, launching innovative therapies for leukemia and lymphoma. Earlier in her career, she held progressively senior commercial and medical affairs roles at Novartis, Amgen, and Berlex.

Sylvie holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and Nutrition and an Executive Institute Advanced Management Certificate from McGill University. She has been inducted into the Canadian Healthcare Marketing Hall of Fame in recognition of her contributions to the industry.
