Course Format

The course is designed in two steps:

Step 1: Facilitators will guide you through a process that will help you shape and complete your personal leadership brand and story.

Step 2: Executive knowledge and skills training which will be interactive and constructed to allow participants to integrate learnings into practice. Sessions are offered in a 2-day session balancing time to embed learning while easing impact of time out of office. Day one is followed with a complimentary networking hour at the ALT.
